Ace Rewards — Terms & Conditions

Overview
These terms govern the Birdiecard Ace Rewards program. The program celebrates verified hole-in-ones recorded in the Birdiecard app by issuing a personalized Ace Card and, where available, exclusive rewards. By submitting an ace, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must be a registered Birdiecard user who has recorded a hole-in-one within the app, including the course, hole, club used, and date. Aces must be witnessed and attested by at least one playing partner whose name is included in the submission.
How to qualify
Record your hole-in-one in Birdiecard, unlock your personalized Ace Card, and submit your shot through the app's Ace submission flow. Incomplete or unverifiable submissions may be declined.
Rewards
Ace rewards are limited, while supplies last, and may change over time. Rewards carry no cash value and are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Birdiecard is not responsible for rewards lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once issued.
Verification
Birdiecard may request additional information to verify a submission, including scorecards or witness confirmation. Birdiecard reserves the right to decline submissions that cannot be reasonably verified.
Personal information
Information you provide when submitting an ace is used to verify the achievement and deliver any reward. It is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and is not sold to third parties.
Fairness
Submissions must be truthful. Birdiecard may withhold or revoke an Ace Card or reward, and may suspend access to the program, where a submission is found to be false or misleading.
Changes
Birdiecard may update or end the Ace Rewards program at any time. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
